Loads of risers this week - 6 in all, the biggest is the PCD, who are up 17 places. Velvet Empire are up 16 places and Blue and Mandy Moore are up 12 and 11 places respectively. Five are up two places to the top spot from #3 last week :D. GA and Nylon hold their #2 and #5 places from last week and there's two new entries from Holly Valance and Point Break at #6 and #10.

We had 474 plays last week. Not too shabby.

Rihanna and Najoua will be in that top 10 soon - Rihanna is only like 20 plays out from #10 and I'm always playing Najoua and her new album is out soon. And I went o_O when I noticed Clea had hit 1000, I didn't know I'd played them that much. A thousand times? Um... ok. Britney also hit 1000 plays too at some point in time. I have two Blue solo members in my top 20 as Lee is #18 (Simon's in the top 50 too, he's #45 with 285 plays) as well as Blue as a band.

I don't know why they took away the top listeners for the bands, I used to be in the top 6 listeners for quite a few of my bands. There's people out there who've listened to Girls Aloud even more then me (and I'm 300 away from 8000 plays), but most of them are people who seem to listen to nothing but GA. I listen to lots of other artists (as evidenced by these charts, now 14 artists on more then 1000 plays) as well. People really need to broaden their taste in music o_O I saw one person on last.fm who'd listened to GA like 15,000 times. Their #2 artist was on like 200 plays. But then again the top listeners thing was butchered up quite a few times - I remember when Lee Ryan's album first came out and everybody was listening to, I'd racked up like 300 plays or so. My friend Josh from my forum had listened to him 150 times and was on the top 6 listeners, whereas I wasn't even on the extended list. It was messed up. I should have been #1 as I'd even listened to him more then the #1 person had o_O
